Shipping & Returns

Most items are ready to ship within 2-3 business days, if an item will take longer than this to ship I will notify you.

UK Shipping:

Free delivery on orders over £50 sent via Royal Mail First class.

Orders under £50 sent by Royal Mail First Class which is £3.50.

Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery

International Shipping:

We currently ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked service.

Each country has their own duties and taxes to pay and these costs will not be covered by Kay Morgan, you will be responsible for any fees when you receive your order

Europe (EU) 

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class  for £14.

International 

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class for £20.

Our charges are based on cost of posting via Royal Mail plus the cost of packaging used.
