Refund policy
I have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
If you wish to return your item, please contact me at info@kaymorgan.co.uk. I will then send you my address and postage instructions.
Return postage is covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty, and if an item is returned due to a change of mind the original postage fee will not be refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS//DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your order upon delivery and let me know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that I can remedy it.
EXCEPTIONS // NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Discounted items bought in a sale and gift cards are also non-returnable.
EXCHANGES
Please email me at info@kaymorgan.co.uk to arrange any exchange and I can set up a payment link or refund where needed.
This must be done within the 14 day return period.
REFUNDS
I will let you know when the item is received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
